Five checks. One practice.

Seven days of practice

Choose one area to work with this week: wealth, health, or love. Use the same free meditation when it is useful. The aim is to recognize your state and practice returning, not to produce a result on a seven-day deadline.

Allow a few quiet minutes for each day's focus, with an optional 20-minute meditation. Repeat a day when useful. If you miss a day, continue where you left off.

Day 1

Begin by being still

Take a quiet minute before the recording. Let yourself settle, then choose the state you want to explore. Read How to Practice and listen to the free meditation for your chosen topic.

What would feel ordinary if this state were familiar?

During the day: Pause once before responding to something routine. Notice the space between the event and your response.

Day 2

Reveal the familiar story

Notice one recurring expectation or inner sentence. Write it in a few words if that helps. You are recognizing a pattern, not building a case against yourself.

What am I allowing this situation to say about me?

During the day: When the story appears, name it gently: I recognize this state.

Day 3

Release its authority

Choose one old conclusion you keep treating as final. Acknowledge what happened, then separate that event from the identity you have attached to it.

Does this experience have to decide who I am now?

During the day: Return to this response: I can acknowledge the circumstance and still choose how I meet it.

Day 4

Occupy one simple scene

Imagine a short, ordinary moment that implies your chosen state. Hear a sentence, sense relief, or simply know how you would respond. Vivid pictures are optional.

How would I experience this moment from the state I choose?

During the day: Take one practical action from that position. Keep it small and available to you now.

Day 5

Practice revision

Revisit a manageable moment in imagination and experience a different response or meaning. If no useful memory appears, create a simple scene instead. You are practicing deliberately, not proving a historical memory.

What experience would I rather keep returning to inwardly?

During the day: If a memory feels overwhelming, leave it alone. Choose a neutral scene or stop the exercise.

Day 6

Return during ordinary life

Use the whole Framework with one everyday trigger: Be Still, Reveal, Release, Occupy, Stabilize. Recognition is part of the practice. You do not need to judge the return to the old state.

How soon did I recognize the state, and what helped me return?

During the day: Let the return be brief. A quiet change in your inner response is enough to practice.

Day 7

Keep what helps

Look back over the week. Notice what you recognized, what felt more familiar, and which simple practice you can repeat. Keep the recording that serves you; there is no need to collect more techniques.

What will I return to next week, and when?

During the day: Choose a realistic rhythm. Repeat this week, continue with the free guides, study with the membership, or explore coaching if you want individual help.

What did you notice this week?

What did you recognize that you used to miss? What did you try? What became clearer, and where did you get caught?

Keep using the practice that helps. You can repeat the week at your own pace.

If you’d value personal feedback, choose a focused session for one specific situation or twelve-week private coaching for a recurring pattern.
